All That Junk Removal collects what it needs to quote your job, turn up at the right address, and get paid. We don't sell your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
All That Junk Removal is a trading name of Desert Haul LLC, a Utah limited liability company providing junk removal and hauling services in St. George and the surrounding communities. When you request a quote, book a job, join the Pickup Club, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you send photographs of the items you want removed, we collect those too.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time. This keeps the site running and secure.
We do not store your card details. Card payments are handled by Jobber Payments, the payment provider built into our job management software. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the card type and the last four digits.
We may call or text the number you give us about your specific job — confirming a window, telling you we're on the way, or sending a photo once the work is done. These are service messages about work you asked for.
We will only send you promotional texts if you have separately agreed to receive them. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
We share personal information only with the providers that help us operate, and only as far as they need it:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We often photograph a work area before and after, for our own records and quality control. We publish a photograph publicly — on this website, on social media, or in advertising — only where it does not identify you or your address, or where you have told us you are happy for us to.
If you would rather we did not photograph your property at all, tell the crew and we won't. If a photograph of yours has already been published and you want it removed, email us and we will take it down.
This site uses only the cookies our hosting platform needs to serve pages. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.
We keep job and customer records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax, accounting and insurance requirements — generally seven years. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete information we are not legally required to keep, or stop contacting you for marketing. Email jaxon@allthatjunkutah.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first.
We use reputable providers and limit access to customer information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information carefully.
Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and note anything significant here.
