These terms apply when you request a quote, book a job, join the Pickup Club, or use this website. Booking work with us means you accept them.
All That Junk Removal is a trading name of Desert Haul LLC, a Utah limited liability company. We provide junk removal and hauling for homes, businesses and job sites in St. George, Ivins, Santa Clara, Washington, Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville and Springdale. If you are outside that area, ask — we may still be able to help, and travel may be charged.
We price by volume: how much of our 7 × 14 dump trailer, which has 48-inch sides, your load fills.
For legal and safety reasons we cannot haul hazardous material. That includes paint, solvents, fuel, oil, propane and other pressurised tanks, chemicals, asbestos, medical or biohazardous waste, ammunition and explosives.
Tell us what you have and we will point you to the right disposal route. If hazardous items are discovered in a load after collection, we may return them to you or charge the cost of disposing of them properly.
By booking, you confirm that:
Everything we collect is disposed of, donated or recycled promptly. Once items leave your property we cannot retrieve them. We are not responsible for anything of value left inside items you asked us to remove. Please check before we load.
We will agree an arrival window with you and let you know if we are running late. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice.
If we arrive and cannot do the work — because nobody is there, access is not available, or the job is materially different from what was described — we may charge a trip fee.
The Pickup Club is a subscription for scheduled curbside pickups on a fixed cycle. Three plans are available — monthly, quarterly, and twice a year. Every plan carries a two-pickup minimum and renews automatically until you cancel. The full membership terms, including prices, load allowances, billing, skipped pickups and cancellation, are set out in the Pickup Club Terms, which apply in addition to these.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs.
We carry general liability insurance and commercial auto cover, and we take care on your property. If we damage something while working, tell us within three days so we can inspect it and put it right.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for wear caused by removing items that were installed or fixed in place, or for damage to surfaces where you asked us to move something heavy across them despite the risk.
We may photograph a work area before and after, for our records and for quality control. Our Privacy Policy explains how those photographs are used and how to opt out.
If you leave us a review, it should be your own honest opinion of the work. We do not pay for reviews and we do not write them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Washington County, Utah.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you book is the version that applies to that job.
